Then, when things arose that needed tending–both inside and out–you were right on it. You supervised the completion of repairs, getting multiple quotes to get the best contractor, and followed through on everything to ensure the job was done right. And the proof was in the pudding: first Open House, we had a buyer! Having worked with other agents in the past, it is difficult to assess upfront who will deliver on the promises. Your team has the best possible blend of talents, and I see why a team approach is so beneficial to the seller. Not everyone can do everything well or at once, but your team has the winning combination of skills needed to deliver a sale quickly. I came to you via a friend’s recommendation, and I see why word-of-mouth is the best advertising. I am so glad I listened to her! You truly went above and beyond the call of duty in every way possible, and I am SO grateful to you for making my life immensely easier!
